At BS Surgical, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our medical equipment and surgical instruments. Since we deal in critical healthcare goods, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly structured to comply with medical safety, sterilization, and hygiene standards.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched from our facility. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately. To request a cancellation, please contact us at bssurgicals@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Due to the sensitive nature of medical and surgical equipment, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our logistics partners or shipped. If a delivery is refused by the buyer, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
For wholesale or customized hospital bulk orders (e.g., specialized microscopes), cancellations are not permitted once the sourcing and testing process has commenced. Advance payments for such customized bulk orders are strictly non-refundable.
Because we deal in sterile surgical instruments and specialized medical equipment, we do not accept general returns (e.g., "change of mind") due to strict safety and sterilization regulations. However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Once your claim is received and reviewed by our Quality Control and Technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Approved refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer's or bank's processing times.
